The button in my welcome email does nothing
Sign in with an emailed code instead, and tell us so we can fix it.

Your welcome email has a button that signs you straight in to Hovis. Sometimes the email goes out before your sign-in link is ready. Then the button has nothing to open.
Sign in another way
- Go to askhovis.ai.
- Enter the email address the welcome email was sent to.
- Type the 6-digit code we email you.
That gets you in the same account. See How to sign in.
How long the button works
The sign-in link in a welcome email works for 7 days. After that, sign in with an emailed code.
Tell us
Email us and say the welcome email button did nothing. It helps us fix it for the next student.
