Why is Hovis asking for more numbers?
Hovis never guesses a number. Here is what it needs.

A missing number is never filled in for you. A guess could turn a bad deal into a BUY. So Hovis stops and asks:
"I need [the missing numbers] before I can score this one. I will not guess that."
Numbers Hovis may need
- Rehab cost. Needed for Fix & Flip and Buy & Hold. If the house needs no work, say $0. Leaving it blank is not the same as $0.
- Rent. Needed before a rental can pass.
- Bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet. Needed to check the property fits Brad's rules.
- ARV. Hovis will not work this out for you. See Why won't Hovis tell me what a house is worth?.
