A fix isn't showing on my phone
Each app has its own copy of Hovis. Update it to get fixes.

The website at askhovis.ai gets fixes right away. The Android and iPhone apps each carry their own copy of Hovis, so a fix reaches them only when you update the app.
Update the app
- Android: open Google Play, find Hovis, and tap Update.
- iPhone: open the App Store, find Hovis, and tap Update.
Get it on Google Play Download on the App Store
If there is no update yet, the fix has not reached the app. Use askhovis.ai in your browser until it does.
Check your version
Open Settings and look at Version. Tell us that number when you email us about an app problem.
