Analyze a deal
The four deal types, the three verdicts, and why your strategy matters.

- Tap the mode button under the message box and pick Analyze a Deal.
- Choose the deal type: Wholesale, Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold or Subject-to.
- Enter the numbers you have, or upload a listing. See Upload a listing or photo.
The verdict
- BUY. The deal passes Brad's rules for that deal type.
- WALK. It does not. Hovis shows which rule it failed.
- NEED INFO. A number is missing. See Why is Hovis asking for more numbers?.
Your strategy decides the test
If you say you want to wholesale it, Hovis judges it as a wholesale deal. It will not switch to another strategy to save a deal that fails yours. It may still explain other exits so you can learn from them.
